DAY 7: DAY (mostly) OFF
NOTE: EAT SPINACH EVERY DAY!!!
7:15: Wake up, 8 oz water
7:30: smoothie and all supplements (skipping the protein powder in the smoothie!)
8:30: Dumbbell curl workout to supplement yesterday
24 oz water
9:30: 1 TBS peanut butter
9:45: 1 ½ TBS coconut oil
9:55: 1 TBS peanut butter
11:00: ½ cup cottage cheese
11:50: brunch with the other firefighters: omelets, sausage, mushrooms, potatoes
8 oz water
3:00: 8 oz water, 2 TBS peanut butter
3:30: Extra workout (Yeah, I’m cheating!) one arm pulley rows, pull-ups, military presses
3:45: More of this morning’s smoothie
8 oz water
5:00: ½ cup cottage cheese
6:30: half a cup elk burger, 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup oatmeal scrambled together with two cloves of garlic and Frank's Red Hot sauce
8:30: Four small chocolates from Germany (why do these people tempt me so?!?!)
